PVC Backed mat and rolls are made by tufting natural coir fiber into PVC backing. The Vinyl backing provides anti slipping and ensure very low fiber shredding properties.
The most advantage is that these mat can be easily cut to any size or shape providing a completely clean and safe edge that will not fray. PVC rolls are also available with a maximum width or 2 mtr can be produced in varying thickness of 15mm, 17mm, 20mm & 23mm. The printing can be made available on natural or bleach base coir mat using Azo free, fade-free water-based enamel paints.
