PVC Tufting Unit
We have our own tufting unit for producing vinyl backed coir products in varying pile height from 15mm to 30mm both in the form of Roll and as well as Doormats. The factory is having a production capacity of 4000 square meters per day. A wide variety of designs can be printed on these mats according to the buyer’s specification. We have our own printing units for printing these designs attractively.
Rubber Mats & Rubber Moulded Coir Mats Manufacturing Unit
We have our own manufacturing units for Rubber mats, Rubber Molded Brush and Non-Brush mats. We have fully equipped production unit for producing these mats in Quantity & Quality. More than 80 skilled workers are engaged in three shifts. We are in a position to manufacture all types of Rubber mats varying sizes from 40×60 cm up to a size of 100 cm x 200 cm.
Polypropylene Doormat Manufacturing Unit
We are well equipped with the facility of manufacturing Polypropylene doormats with rubber backing. We use the imported high-quality polypropylene rolls for producing these mats. The size of the mats varies from 40x60cm and up to 90x150cm.
Fully Equipped Warehouse
We have a professionally managed warehouse for storing raw materials, Separate area for finished goods. Our warehouse is well equipped with material handling equipment, software for inventory management. People to take care of the process.
Packing Unit
Our packing can meet any international standard.
Printing Unit
We can design & print any design as per the specification provided or as per concept & Geography.
